We want the moment you receive your bike to be just as exciting as the first ride. That is why BikeHero logistics is designed so you get a safely packed, thoroughly inspected bike that is ready to ride in the shortest possible time.

Delivery packages:

Compact Package – 0 PLN

The bike is shipped in the manufacturer's box or in our own carton, with drivetrain, brakes and wheel alignment fully checked. In this option you only need to straighten the handlebar and install the pedals.
We recommend this standard to customers with basic mechanical skills who are comfortable finishing simple assembly tasks. Before the first ride it is enough to screw in the pedals and set the handlebar.

ReadyToRide Package – 299 PLN

The bike is shipped fully assembled and ready to go. It includes comprehensive assembly and precise adjustment of every component before dispatch. We place the bike in a large, reinforced carton that guarantees the highest level of protection in transit.
The courier delivers a ready-to-ride bike that needs only unpacking. This is the perfect option for anyone who expects maximum convenience and full riding comfort from the first minute.
